This is a configurable native form that users can use to send data such as GPS location, date, time, photo, photo taken with camera, and custom input.
These types of forms can be invaluable to us as app developers and app owners whereby we can get access to user feedback with the advantage of the user being able to access native features of the phone in making the feedback as relevant and as accurate as possible.
